Welcome to Inmoure! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our dating platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered. By using our app or website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Eligibility
To use Inmoure, you must:
Be at least 21 years old.
Provide accurate and truthful information.
Not have been previously banned from our platform.
Account Registration & Verification
Users must complete a live camera verification to receive a verification badge.
Accounts that remain unverified for more than 30 days will be automatically deleted.
Users can upload a maximum of seven (7) pictures to their profile.
User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
By using Inmoure, you agree to:
Respect other users and communicate in a courteous manner.
Be genuine in your interactions and not misrepresent yourself.
Not engage in fraud, extortion, or scams.
Not impersonate another person or provide false information.
Not harass, threaten, or send inappropriate content to other users.
Not solicit or extort money from other users.
Reporting & Account Suspension
Any user reported twice for violating these Terms (e.g., being fake, disrespectful, or engaging in extortion) will be automatically blocked.
We reserve the right to permanently ban users who violate our policies.
Data Retention & Notifications
User notifications will be automatically deleted after 30 days.
Unverified accounts older than 30 days will be deleted.
Deleted accounts and notifications cannot be recovered.
Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if we determine that a user has violated these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Inmoure is not responsible for user interactions, damages, or disputes arising from connections made on the platform. Users are advised to exercise caution when engaging with others.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Inmoure after any changes constitutes agreement to the new Terms.
